Taylor Glen team Celebrated for High Healthcare Standards

Taylor Glen recently had several successful state and national surveys, showcasing the hard work and commitment to excellence of the entire Taylor Glen team.

The team celebrated yesterday with a catered lunch, with organizational leadership on hand to say well done and help serve the meal.

The positive outcomes were from two surveys conducted annually, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Health Survey and the Life Safety Survey, in addition to an Occupational Safety and Health Administration survey that is done sporadically. The results affirm the campus’ excellence in healthcare.

“I am incredibly proud of our team at Taylor Glen,” said Cameryn Armes, Regional Clinical Education and Development Coordinator. “Their preparedness, dedication and commitment to learning throughout the year truly showed during our recent state survey. They consistently go above and beyond, and it’s clear they take great pride in the care they provide. They are truly rockstars.”

Wednesday the team came through the auditorium for a catered meal of Mexican food. Team members sat together to eat, or took it to-go if they couldn’t step away from their roles for long enough. The ThriveMore executive team attended to help recognize the team’s hard work.

"Taylor Glen was my first home at Thrivemore, and five years later, it’s still one of my proudest,” said Shannon Sears, Executive Vice President of Quality, Safety, Risk and Compliance. “This incredible survey result reflects a dedicated team that shows up every day with heart, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. They are the definition of ‘never give up.’ Truly well deserved."
