THURSDAY 8/5
Peach picking round two! Our residents will be returning to Clover, SC in order to pick the White Hale, China Pearl and White Rose varieties. The price per ½ bushel is $12.00 and $20 for a whole. We will be having lunch at the Eagle’s Nest. The bus will depart Taylor Glen at 8:30 am.
WEDNESDAY 8/11
Board the lunch bus! Our residents will go to the local Olive Garden for lunch and fellowship. The Olive Gardens offers a widely varied menu and there is something for everyone. The bus will depart Taylor Glen at 11:30 am.
FRIDAY 8/13
Todd Drye returns to Taylor Glen! Todd is a favorite among residents. He is a very talented performer and has a wide range of music to offer. This performance will include a tribute the Elvis’s music that we all know and loved. Todd will be in our auditorium at 7:00pm.
MONDAY 8/16
What’s up Tiger???!!! Our residents will travel through tiger habitat via Rockwell, NC. Tiger World is home to several breeds of tigers and other exotic animals. Come out and explore the wild right here in our own back yard! We will also be having lunch at The Anchor House. The bus will depart Taylor Glen at 9:30 am. The cost for the park will be $10.00 ($8.00 for group of 10 or more)
THURSDAY 8/19
“Dirty Rotten Scoundrels” – The Old Courthouse Theatre. This musical comedy is based on the movie of the same name. Two brothers are living on the French Riviera. One a sophisticated gentleman who charms the ladies our of their money. The other a common American thief who cons ladies out of their money with stories about his sick grandmother. The brothers have a contest to see who can swindle Christine Colgate our of $50,000 first. The loser has to leave town while the winner stays for a frolicking good time.
MONDAY 8/23
Ladies and Gentleman…Start your engines! We will be visiting the NASCAR Hall of Fame. This attraction has something for everyone and something more if you are a race enthusiast! It is recommended that you allow at least 2-3 hours for a visit in order to take advantage of seeing it all. We will have lunch at The Hall of Fame Café. This is a walking tour but has easy wheelchair access and is handicap friendly. The tickets for this are $17.95 ea. and can be purchased at the door. The bus will depart Taylor Glen at 10:00 am.

Brandon Cook will be here to perform his Hymn Stories in his own unique gospel style. Brandon has been at Taylor Glen and is always very entertaining. Please come and enjoy an evening with music and fellowship . Brandon will perform at 7:00 pm in our auditorium.
