Residents may choose several apartment home options, including one-bedroom (650 sq. feet), one bedroom deluxe (750 sq. feet), two-bedroom (1000 sq. feet), two-bedroom-deluxe (1200 sq. feet) and two bedroom classic (1500 sq. feet).

Adjacent to the apartments is the plaza area, including both indoor and outdoor common areas that encourage conversation, neighborliness and fun.
